Depending on how SalonFlow is used, we may process names, phone numbers, WhatsApp identifiers, service selections, appointment and queue details, staff details, customer feedback, messages submitted to us, technical information, and records needed for account administration and support.

We use information to provide booking, queue, reminder, service-management, dashboard, support, security, and communication functions; to respond to requests; to prevent misuse; and to meet legal obligations. We process information only for the purpose for which it is collected or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

WhatsApp and Meta platform data

Where SalonFlow is connected to the WhatsApp Business Platform, we use data received through that connection only to provide the enabled SalonFlow feature, such as booking, reminders, queue updates, or customer support. We do not sell or use Meta platform data for unrelated purposes. We request and use only the permissions needed for active features.

Sharing

We may share information with authorized service providers that help host, secure, maintain, or support SalonFlow; with the relevant salon business that uses SalonFlow; and when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, handle support and security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no internet-based service can be completely secure.
