Data Deletion Instructions

INDUS AI AUTOMATIONS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED respects your right to request deletion of personal data associated with SalonFlow.

How to request deletion

Call +92 332 4454025 or send a message on WhatsApp. State that you are requesting SalonFlow data deletion and provide the name, telephone number, and business name associated with the account. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, or government-ID numbers.

Verification and processing

We will confirm receipt and may request information needed to verify that you control the account. Once verified, we will process the request within 30 days unless a longer period is permitted or required by law. We will notify you when complete or if more information is required.

What may be retained

We may retain limited information where necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, disputes, accounting, backups, or to establish and defend legal claims. Retained information will not be used for unrelated purposes.

Meta platform data

If you connect a Meta account to a SalonFlow feature, you may use this same process to request deletion of data received through that connection. We will remove or de-identify such data as required by applicable Meta terms and law, subject to permitted retention.
