These Terms govern use of the SalonFlow website and services offered by INDUS AI AUTOMATIONS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, doing business as INDUS AI AUTOMATIONS.

Use of SalonFlow

You may use SalonFlow only in accordance with applicable law, these Terms, and any applicable product agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information and safeguarding account credentials.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, or use the service for spam or harmful activity.

Customer data and third parties

You retain rights in data you provide and grant us the limited rights necessary to provide and support the service. Where a salon uses SalonFlow to manage its own customers, that salon is responsible for its customer communications and data. Third-party integrations are subject to their own terms and policies.

Availability and termination

We may modify, maintain, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risks, non-payment where applicable, or legal requirements.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, SalonFlow is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.
